Using StaySign’s silk screen printing machine is your best choice. Today, we would like to teach you how to mix inks and some points to pay attention. Whatever you will choose high temperature ink or UV ink to apply to screen printing area, you might need to read this article.
1.The so-called color matching is to combine more than two colors, or in addition to the main color and then use a small amount of color adjacent to form a combination of colors. To mixing colorful inks before application, the first thing is to expose the compound color alone. Correctly distinguish the original color is the original color, secondary color, or tertiary color. If it is secondary color or tertiary color, need to distinguish ratio between main color and complementary color.
2.Following original instructions must be based on its color tone, sample debugging should be compared with the original. Before starting a large number of deployment, make sure color difference is small or equal, and the time must be short, the amount should be appropriate. If too few, downtime causes , ink hue changes, all these affects production; If too much will cause unnecessary waste. Combining ink is usually carried out where the light is stable or where the light is not directly irradiated.
Pay attention to three points while mixing screen printing inks:
A. Matching inks should keep less with different colors of ink, the less variety of inks to be mixed the better efficiency will be.
B. With the "from shallow to deep" principle, regardless of the preparation of light or bright color ink, User should be careful when the color is closing to the model. It is best not to mix inks from different manufacturers , but to use inks from same manufacturers otherwise problems like uneven color tone will happen, badly even there will be making ink condensed.
C. Some silk screen printing ink is dried by drying oven, the dried light color ink will shallow than it was, as well as the dried dark color ink will darken than it was.
3.In addition, the difference of color tone of ink in the printing, before drying and after drying is a point easy to ignore. In general, substrate dried naturally (volatile solvent ink) is plastic, metal, paper, glass, etc., the color will not change; but if the ceramic pigment, then you can only mix it by your experience due to the oxidation after burning.
4.The original color of ink mixed in different proportions can be dispensed with many colors of ink.
